1.0 OBJECTIVE

1.1 To describe the procedure for Executive Entry and Exit in Pharmaceuticals .

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 The scope of this SOP pertains to all persons entering into Plant through Executive Entrance.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 It is the responsibility of all Managers, all Production Pharmacists, Q.C/Q.A officers, other Officials and Visitors to follow this SOP during Entry or Exit in Plant.
3.2 It is the responsibility of Production Manager, to ensure that this SOP is followed in its entirety, reviewed and update as necessary.

6.0 PROCEDURE

 

PLANT ENTRY

6.1) First of all put off your external gowning such as jacket and hang these in the dressing
Almira, placed in the Change Room. Also put off your personal belongings such as wrist watch, ornaments etc. and place them in Almira.
6.2) Now take overall from the dressing Almira and wear it.
6.3) Wear Cap/Scarf to cover the head properly.
6.4) Wear beard mask to cover beard and moustaches.
6.5) Now put off your street shoes and place them in pigeon holes.
6.6) After sitting on Cross Over bench, wear Plant Shoes or Shoe Cover and move to green area
of Plant.
6.7) Take a glance in Looking mirror for proper attire wearing. Now you are ready to enter in Plant.

PLANT EXIT

6.8) Put off your plant shoes and place them in pigeon holes of Cross over bench. In case of
Shoes cover, throw them in the dust bin.
6.9) Cross the bench. Put off your overall and hang in the Almira.
6.10) Take your Street shoes and wear them or wear shoe cover.
